Sponsorship

We are constantly looking to improve the quality of our facility and shows, but cannot do it without community support! If you, or a business owner you know, would like to sponsor our shows, please see our sponsorship letter and levels of sponsorship!

We are always looking for donations of goods and services, such as

materials to create jumps (poles, paint, wood, nails, miscellaneous items to create jump fill, flowers, etc)
food for the canteen (cases of drinks like pop and water, hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, condiments, chips, freezies, etc)
monetary donations
gift certificates and prizes for division/class winners

Bronze - $50

-banner or poster hung during shows (business must provide)

-business logo on website

-business’ name announced and thanked on loudspeaker throughout show day

-room to leave business cards for spectators/competitors (business must provide)

Silver - $100

-banner or poster hung during shows (business must provide)

Gold - $200

-banner or poster hung during shows (business must provide)

-free HCRC club membership or one Melrose Meadows admin fee waived for season
